Managing Events

Enrolled events, scan history, removing events

Registered Events

Access the registered events list from the menu > Registered Events.

Each event card shows:

Field Description
Event Name Name of the event
Gate Gate identifier (e.g., "Gate A") or "All gates"
Valid until Enrollment expiration date
Expired badge Shown if the enrollment has expired

Scan History

Tap an event card on the home screen to view its scan history.

The screen title shows the event name. At the top, a count displays the total number of scans (e.g., "24 scans").

History Entries

Each scan entry shows:

Field Description
Ticket ID Last portion of the ticket identifier (uppercase)
Ticket Type Type of ticket scanned
Status Result badge (Valid, Already used, Revoked, Expired, Not found, Invalid, Pending sync)
Time When the scan occurred

If the holder name is not available, "Unknown holder" is displayed.

Entries are sorted with the most recent scan first.

If no scans have been recorded yet, the message "No scans recorded for this event yet." is shown.

History Status Badges

Status Meaning
Valid Ticket was valid and checked in
Already used Ticket had already been checked in
Revoked Ticket was revoked
Expired Ticket had expired
Not found Ticket was not found in the system
Invalid Ticket signature was invalid
Pending sync Check-in was recorded offline and has not yet synced

Removing an Event

To remove an event enrollment:

  1. Go to menu > Registered Events
  2. Tap Remove on the event card
  3. A confirmation dialog appears: "Remove registration for [Event]? You will need a new setup QR to re-register."
  4. Confirm to remove

What Happens on Removal

  • The server is notified to deenroll this device
  • Local scan history for this event is deleted
  • Cached ticket statuses are deleted
  • The API key for this event is removed
  • The event disappears from the home screen

Pending Check-In Block

If there are pending check-ins for an event that have not yet synced, removal is blocked. You will see:

"Cannot remove this event. There are N pending check-ins that need to sync first."

Sync the pending check-ins first (see Offline Mode), then try removing again.
