My Tickets
Viewing tickets, QR codes, statuses, and offline access
Ticket List
The Tickets screen shows all your tickets grouped by event, organized into Upcoming and Past sections. Each event group shows the cover image, date, event name, venue, ticket count, and a View button.
If you are not signed in, you will see a prompt to sign in first. Pull down to refresh.
Viewing Tickets
Tap View on an event group to open the ticket carousel. A large QR code is shown in the center. Swipe left or right to navigate between tickets. A counter shows "TICKET X of Y".
The screen automatically boosts display brightness for easier scanning at the venue.
Below the QR code, ticket details are shown: gate, venue, reference number (TIX-XXXX-XXXX format), holder name, and section (if applicable).
Ticket Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| VALID | Ticket is active, ready for scanning |
| USED | Ticket has been scanned; shows check-in timestamp |
| EXPIRED | Ticket has expired |
| REVOKED | Ticket has been revoked by the organizer |
Revoked tickets are hidden by default. Tap Show all to display them.
Fullscreen QR
Double-tap the QR code to open it in fullscreen mode. Tap the X button to close.
Offline Access
Tickets are cached locally. You can view your QR codes and ticket information even without an internet connection.
