Profile, password, order history, notifications, and account deletion

Profile Screen

The Profile screen shows your stats (tickets, saved events, orders), member since date, and provides access to all account settings.

Quick access links: My Tickets, Order History, Liked Events.

Edit Profile

Field Description
Name Your full name, displayed on tickets
Nickname Unique identifier; 3-20 characters
Email Your email address
Phone Contact phone number

Change Password

Field Description
Current password Your existing password
New password Minimum 8 characters
Confirm password Must match new password
Sign out other devices Optional; signs out all other sessions

A password strength meter shows the strength of your new password.

Order History

View all your past orders with filters: All, Upcoming, Completed, Refunded.

Each order shows the date, status badge, event name, ticket count, and total paid. A summary at the bottom shows total orders, total spent, and total refunded.

Push Notifications

Toggle push notifications on or off. If previously denied, the app opens system settings.

Notifications include chat messages, pinned announcements, and saved event alerts.

Delete Account

  1. Tap Delete Account
  2. Read the data deletion explanation
  3. Type DELETE to confirm
  4. Tap Delete My Account

There is a 14-day grace period during which you can undo the deletion.
