Getting Started

Overview, authentication, navigation, and app settings

Overview

The mobile app is available on iOS and Android. It lets attendees browse events, purchase tickets, view QR codes for entry, chat with other attendees, and manage their account.

Authentication

The app supports two sign-in methods, selectable via a toggle at the top of the sign-in screen.

Email and Password

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Tap Sign in

Email OTP (One-Time Password)

  1. Switch to the OTP tab
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Tap Send code
  4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
  5. Enter the code (auto-paste from messages is supported)

The code can be resent after a 30-second cooldown.

Registration

If you do not have an account:

  1. Tap Create one on the sign-in screen
  2. Fill in:
Field Required Description

Language

The app supports English and French.

Push Notifications

On first launch, the app asks permission to send push notifications. You can enable or disable them later from Profile > Notifications. If you previously denied permission, the app directs you to the system settings.
